The initiative aims to construct a 250-bed hospital specializing in maternal care and emergency services. Facilities will include advanced surgical theaters, diagnostic labs, outpatient clinics, and on-site staff housing. The total project cost is estimated at $65 million, with completion expected in 2026.

Skyline Private Investment Capital Inc., alongside Oceanic Leisure Group, is funding the Horizon Resorts Development in the Caribbean. Agriculture Sector – GreenFields Agro-Initiative In collaboration with AgroLife International, Skyline Private Investment Capital Inc. is driving the GreenFields Agro-Initiative in Ghana. The project seeks to cultivate 15,000 acres of farmland for staple crops and high-value exports. It will incorporate modern irrigation, solar-powered cold storage, and farmer training programs. The total investment stands at $48 million, aiming to benefit over 5,000 smallholder farmers.

Skyline Private Investment Capital Inc., with BrightFuture Energy & ONEE, is developing the Draa-Tafilalet solar project (Phase 2A) in Morocco. This initiative will deliver a 1200 MW solar farm, powering over 2000 households, hospitals and schools with clean energy. The project includes battery storage systems and a local workforce training program. The investment is valued at $220 million, with a projected completion date in 2027.
