Hotel Project in Alaska
The Courtyard by Marriott Midtown Anchorage is a four-story, 141-room hotel located at 4960 A Street, near Ted Stevens International Airport. Skyline private Investment has invested over $14m through the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resilience (C-PACER) program, which is allocated for energy efficiency, water conservation, and seismic resilience measures. The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2026.
